Using the MDR Help Desk is simple and intuitive. Clients can easily register for an account on our website and submit tickets detailing their specific inquiries or concerns. Our team then reviews and responds to each ticket, promptly addressing all client requests.

Here’s the step-by-step guide on using and navigating our MDR Help Desk:

  1. Register:   
  • Go to https://help.marketingdr.co/ and click “Register” to get started.
  • Fill in the required information, create a strong password, and click “Submit”.
  1. Login:
  • You’ll be directed to the “login page”. 
  • Enter your email and password, then click “Login”.
  1. Create Ticket:
  • To submit a ticket, click the “Create Ticket” button in the upper right corner.
  • You must select a “category” based on the type of assistance you require.
  • In the description, provide detailed information about the assistance you need. 
  1. Submit the Ticket:
  • After creating the ticket, click “Submit” to send the ticket email to us.
  1. Monitoring:
  • Please monitor your ticket and respond if our team requests additional follow-up requirements regarding your ticket and concerns.
