Sending Text Messages or Emails to Leads or Existing Customers

- Text Messages:
A. From the lead’s profile, click on the “Communicate” or “Send Message” option
B. Compose your message and send it directly to the lead’s phone number. - Emails:
A. Access the lead’s profile
B. Click on “Communicate” and select “Send Email.”
C. Create your email, attach files if needed, and send it.
