Removing a User From Google Guarantee (LSA)

Sign in to https://ads.google.com/local-services-ads/

Step 1: Check Status

Ensure that you have “Admin” level access. You can check that setting here:

Note: If you do not have Admin level access, you cannot proceed. You must request any Admin in your account to change your access level to “Admin”. 

Step 2: Remove Access

Step 3: Adding a New User

On the LSA Account, Click Business Verification and copy the “Customer ID” aka “CID”

Step 4: Send us the CID number 

Please send ppc@marketingdr.co your CID number indicating this is for a Google Guarantee account with your desire for us to connect. We will send you an Admin request which will be received as an email. 

Step 5: Approving Our Admin Request

You’ve received a notification email that someone has sent a link request to your Local Service Ads. To accept this invitation and link your Local Service Ads account, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the link provided in the email. 
  2. This will direct you to the acceptance page.
  3. Once on the acceptance page, review the details of the link request to ensure it is from a trusted source.
  4. If everything looks correct, click the “Accept” or “Confirm” button.
  5. You may be prompted to log into your Local Service Ads account. If so, enter your credentials to access your account.
  6. Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.
